Refund policy

  1. Final Sale Policy (Specimen Principle) Every object from momu is a unique Specimen handcrafted in our laboratory. Once a fragment is captured (purchased), it is never resold to another collector to preserve its archival integrity. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind. Please curate your collection with care.

  2. Archival Integrity (Condition of Returns) In the rare event of a defect or damage, the item must be returned in its original, unaltered packaging. This includes the Air Pillow Packaging and Laboratory Documentation (Analysis Report, Tags, and Stickers). All returns must be shipped in a sturdy shipping box to ensure safe transit. Please note that once the Specimen Seal (Vacuum-sealed bag) is opened, the archival value is considered compromised, and a refund may be refused.

  3. Natural Variance (Not a Defect) Due to the artisanal nature of our process, each specimen may contain micro-bubbles (the "breath of the lab"), subtle flow lines, or slight color variations. These are not flaws but unique characteristics of a handcrafted fragment. Such variations do not qualify for a return or exchange.

  4. Damaged Items (Arrival Report) If your specimen arrives damaged due to transit, please submit an Arrival Report within 48 hours of delivery. Include high-resolution photos of the damaged object and the external shipping materials to momuhaus@naver.com Once verified, we will immediately process an exchange or refund.
